1. Open the T1 Presenter and Powerpoint

• Open 'T1 Presenter' & 'PowerPoint Presentation',
• In the Powerpoint,
  • Go to SlideShow tab,
  • click 'Set Up',
  • Click 'Set Up Slide Show',




• Select 'Browsed by an individual window' and click 'OK',




• Start SlideShow, go to tab SlideShow -> From Beginning or Current Slide as desired.

2. Prepare the T1 Presenter for Presentation

Load workspace

Go to this link to download the workspace 'Blue_Sky_Present' as a .zip file.

Download and unzip it.

In T1 Presenter, go to menubar -> File -> Load,






In the popup,click 'Choose workspace', This will open Windows File Explorer.

Browse to the location where you have downloaded the workspace and choose the '.wx4p' file inside the workspace folder and click 'Open',

Now click 'Load' in the first popup.






(or) Go to File Click "WX4P" File and Click 2 Times Show on Tool Within Asset.






Bring Powerpoint into workspace

In the workspace

• Right click on the white plane,
• Ensure the Green Box appear around the selected plane,

In the Video Player, click 'Import'.






In the menu that pops up, select 'Window Source',






This will open a popup with a list of currently open windows in your system,

Choose your Powerpoint window, This will import the powerpoint into the editor.






To view the powerpoint,

• click 'PowerPoint_Presentation' in the Videos list,
• click 'Play' button,
• You can see the Powerpoint window displayed over the white plane.






3. Start Presenting

• Before going to next step, make sure there is NO green line around the ppt as shown below. If there is, right-click anywhere on the content outside the ppt.




• Go to menu 'Presentation' and click 'Present to window',




• In the popup that opens, click the drop down and choose desired window size,




• Now click "Present Ext Window". This will generate an external window that you can present seperately,




• Click over the newly generated window and press Alt + Enter to make it fullscreen and ready for presentation,
• While presenting, use the 'Go' buttons before each camera position to move to the desired position as and when needed.




• Use the ppt window on the other half of the screen to change slides. This will automatically change the slide in the external presenting window.
• Please note that you need another screen, either an external monitor or projector, where this external window will be placed for presentation.

• Put yours Mobile and "Click" the Browser Controls (option)





Tool Connect to mobile

• "click" the Connect to Mobile (option) in yours PC (or) laptop.





Control & Refresh

• then see the browser Controls "Click" the + symbol.
• + symbol for refresh & connect the mobile
• when you control the camera angles




• when yours presentation completed. "click" Disconnect to moblie (option)





5.FullScreen in Tool

• Move to the Tool on projector screen
• "click" presentation & "clic"k full screen

6. Stopping the T1 Presenter

• Go to menu 'Presentation' -> click 'Stop Presentation' (step 1). Next go to Video Player widget and click 'Stop' button (step 2)

• Now go to menu 'File' -> click 'Close'. This will close the T1 Presenter.
