REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY


Please read this Refund or Cancellation Policy carefully before signing up as a new user on our site or downloading and/or installing or using T1 Editor/Presenter. By signing up as a new user on our site or downloading or installing or using the T1 Editor/Presenter, you agree to this Refund or Cancellation Policy.
If you have already signed up on our site and/or currently using T1 Editor/Presenter, thank you for shopping with us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your experience with us, we are here to help.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this End-User License Agreement:

2. Refunds

2a. One Time Monthly

If you have purchased our Software on a One Time Monthly plan and are not satisfied with it, you can claim for a refund of your payment within 10 days from your date of purchase.

2b. Subscription

If you have purchased our Software on a Subscription plan and are not satisfied with it, you can claim for a refund of your payment within 30 days from your date of purchase.

In both cases 2a and 2b, the amount that is refunded will be 50% of your payment. The full amount of the payment WILL NOT be refunded.
To request a refund, please send an email to janakiraman@x4plore.com stating your intent along with the details of your Name, UserName and Email ID that you used for new user signup. Your query will be answered and your refund process will be started within 5 days (6 days if a Sunday falls within that period).
Please note that though we may have initiated the refund process from our end within the stipulated time, your bank may take additional time to process and deposit the money to you. This is outside of our scope. Please refer to your bank policies to know how they handle this. Please also note, only your request for cancellation has to fall within the respective days from the date of the purchase depending on your subscription type as mentioned in Sections 2a and 2b.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased our Software on a Subscription plan, and want to cancel it, you can request for it anytime, irrespective of the period the subscription has been active. The amount refunded will be proportional to the number of months of the subscription still remaining. If it is already past 15 days of a particular month, then it is considered used up.
Please email to janakiraman@x4plore.com stating the intent along with details of your subscription, ID, Name, UserName and Email ID. Your query will be answered and Your cancellation will be done within 5 days (6 days if a Sunday falls within that period).
Once a cancellation request is processed, your details will be erased from Our storage.

4. Membership Cancellation

If you have signed up on our site and want to cancel the membership, please email to janakiraman@x4plore.com stating the intent along with details of your Name, UserName and Email ID that you used for new user signup. Your query will be answered and Your cancellation will be done within 5 days (6 days if a Sunday falls within that period).
Once a cancellation request is processed, your details will be erased from Our storage.

5. Changes to this Policy

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, revise, update or replace this Policy at any time. In such cases, We will endeavor to notify You of the changes. To make sure that You stay updated with this Policy, please visit Our site frequently and read this document.
By continuing to access, use or buy Our Software after any revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree with the revised terms, please stop accessing or using Our Software and notify Us immediately that You are intending to terminate Your association with Us.

6. Acknowledgement

By accessing, buying, installing and/or using the Company’s Software, You agree and acknowledge that You are aware of the Refund and Cancellation policies as mentioned in Section 2 and 3 and that this Policy is subject to change as mentioned in Section 4.
If You are not willing to agree with the Refund and Cancellation policies as mentioned in Sections 2 and 3 or if you do not agree with the Policy change terms as mentioned in Section 4, please DO NOT access Our site or buy Our Software.
