2a. Personal Information
Basic Information of a user is collected to create and validate a user’s membership access. The information includes First name, Last name, email-id, unique user_name and password. Other than personal information, the passwords are encrypted and stored. In the event a password is lost, it can only be reset.
In case You choose to avail Our Services using a Google Account, We get Your First name, Last name and email-id from Your Google Profile and create the unique user_name. The password will be provided by You.
You provide this information actively during the signup process.
2b. Device Information
Once you download the Company’s software, a combination of some unique Device, OS and hardware information is collected during the use. The collected information will be used to validate the originality of the product and its allocated Device and help us permit only authorized users to use the product. The information is only used to validate the product and improve the user experience of the product. This information is collected from Your Device periodically and verified. This information is not actively provided by you. While some information is encrypted like the unique id, other basic information like category and generation of the Device is stored to improve product experience.
2c. Payment Information
When you buy the Company’s software, we use a combination of payment methods to receive payment either directly from you or through 3rd party payment entities namely Razorpay or Google Pay etc. The details you provide to us directly, including but not limited to, bank details, card details, UPI information etc. are kept confidential and are not shared with outsiders when we process your payment. In the event, the payment is collected through aforementioned third party entities, we are not responsible for how the data is handled by the entity and you should refer to their privacy policy to know how they handle the data. In the latter case, we only collect the date the payment was made, transaction ID and the amount of the payment.
3. Storage of Collected Information
All the information collected as per Section 2 are stored in Our database present in Our own system inside Our private network. It is not stored in any public network.
4. Who has access to this information
The collected and stored information is accessed only by the Company. We DO NOT sell or give access of any type to any 3rd party for this information.
5. Changes to this Policy
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, revise, update or replace this Policy at any time. In such cases, We will endeavor to notify You of the changes. To make sure that You stay updated with this Policy, please visit Our site frequently and read this document.
By continuing to access, use or buy any of Our Services after any revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree with the revised terms, please stop accessing or using all of Our Services and notify Us immediately that You are intending to terminate Your association with Us.

If you are not willing to give any of the above mentioned information, collected actively or passively, as mentioned in Section 2, or do not want your information to be stored as mentioned in Section 3, or do not want to give access to Your information as mentioned in Section 4, or do not agree with the terms of the Policy change as mentioned in Section 5, please DO NOT access, use or buy any of Our Services.
